We review and manage luxury hotel bookings, typically $800+ per night, and provide access to preferred partner rates and amenities through our global network of more than 8,200 hotels and travel providers.
Our partnerships include Virtuoso, Four Seasons, Rosewood, Belmond, and other leading luxury brands worldwide. Through these relationships, eligible bookings may include:
- Room upgrades (when available)
- Complimentary daily breakfast
- Resort or property credits
- Early check-in and late check-out (when available)
- Priority status and on-property recognition
When you book through Late Checkout - or when we rebook an eligible reservation - you benefit from these partnerships at no additional cost to you.
Late Checkout is compensated through commissions paid by hotels and travel providers. Our clients do not pay service fees for standard hotel bookings.
If we review an existing reservation and identify a lower refundable rate or a more advantageous booking channel, we present the option to you before any change is made. Nothing is modified without your approval.
